Located in North Hollywood, our prop house features an extensive inventory of over 65,000 items, including furniture rentals, cleared artwork, cleared graphics, tabletop props, sports equipment, lighting, and greeking kits. All items are selected for on-camera use, and those marked “cleared” are pre-approved for commercial production—making sourcing fast and efficient.
As a trusted Los Angeles prop house, we specialize in rentals of cleared art, furniture, and decor for film, television, commercials, photoshoots, and digital productions, including editorial and commercial photography.
In addition to rentals, Pinacoteca offers a curated selection of cleared stickers, postcards, and greeting cards available for purchase and shipping, making us a valuable resource for productions needing cleared paper goods.
We also offer select cleared posters as licensed digital files, ideal for productions working remotely or shooting out of town—giving teams fast access to high-quality cleared artwork.
Our inventory is continuously growing to reflect current design trends and production needs, ensuring access to fresh, camera-ready props and set dressing rentals in Los Angeles.
